Blacksmithing, pool noodle jousting, and some of the finest vendors in the realm. That’s what awaits us at the Geek & Grub Market: Fantasy Edition this Sunday in Apex. Meet me at the Optimist Farm to geek out over quests (activities), crafts, and treasures (things I will probably buy). Hopefully I don’t come home with another sword…

A quick note on their website: There’s a link to reserve tickets for $0, but the ticket itself says “no ticket required for entry”. So feel free to skip this step.

Moon Dog Meadery Events
Do you know about Moon Dog Meadery in Durham, NC? They make mead and have a taproom that hosts nerdy events. I wanted to highlight a few of their upcoming/recurring ones. I strongly suggest giving this place a visit!
Video Game Night – Friday, April 11 from 7-11 PM
TTRPG Open Table Day – Sunday, April 13 from 12:30-6 PM
Community Board Game Night – Monday, April 14 from 7 PM to midnight
