Event Recap: A Real-Life Fantasy Festival

My new favorite event?

How many of you went to the 12th Annual Festival of Legends? It was my first time going, but that’s all it took to make it one of my favorite events ever. As a huge fantasy nerd, I couldn’t pass up the change to dress like a witcher and capture the event on video:

From dragons to knights to faeries, it was like being in all my favorite stories at once. I learned about organizations using sword fighting for charity (like The Knightly Order of the Fiat Lux), local craftsmen keeping medieval skills alive (Ichthean Forge & BITN Fantasy Works), and so much more.
