I’m 99% sure this event has been cancelled. I can’t find any official statement from Brick Convention, but the event and page have been removed from the official website. ToyCons.com mentions the cancellation, so we’ll have to assume. Bummer!

Mead Fest at Starrlight Mead

It’s a mini-Renaissance faire! Mead Fest at Starrlight Mead is a family friendly afternoon of mead, sword fights, axe throwing, and more. Grab your medieval garb and come celebrate with an all-star list of local organizations & vendors, including:

Geek & Grub Market: Book Nerd Edition

Geek & Grub is at it again with their Book Nerd market. Taking place at the Durham Armory, this event features dozens of local geeky vendors selling all kinds of things, from trinkets to leather work and TTG dice.

The main stage will feature book-related events, including a Ready Player One challenge with a chance to win tickets to the upcoming Playthrough Gaming Convention.
